Do not waste your money on this website. Number one thru don’t have my match and they took money out of my Account after I cancelled. I spoke to the associate who told me that refund cannot be made despite that I cancelled because I am disappointed in the service.

I paid for a 6 month subscription. I was not happy with the matches. Not many near my home. Kept showing the same people even when I passed on them. Also didn’t keep to the ages I specified. Would not recommend.

I’ve been on several online dating sites and It is by far the most rampant with scammers. It’s a dangerous site. It’s very apparent these scammers are hacking legit profiles and they’ll do it for yours!

The only option you have is 6 months and you can’t cancel for a refund. I tried after 5 days and they refused. The site is not inclusive and full of married men and or men trolling for hook ups or they are bigots. It is the worst dating site that I came across.

I have paid for 6 months and I got contacted by numerous scammers with fake profiles. I nearly fell a victim to the first one and then had to educate myself about their tactics, unfortunately… Some of them were taken down by the site’s security team but some were not. The experience was highly disappointing! I met with only one real person for all this time. I suspect the rest of the profiles were fake. Unbelievable and highly alarming.

After making an account, I have been contacted by dozens of girls. When I have replied to some of them, I realized nobody replied me back. All of those where bots.

Don’t use the customer care number doesn’t work and I’ll never go on this web dating website again I’m trying to figure out how to cancel my membership I’ve been advised others to do the same.

I know you might say just do not use them but if no one complains then they just go on and scam more people. So if my review save one person from paying this company then I am happy. The CEO of this company is a billionaire now and laughing all the way to the bank. The system is rigged

This site has just taken nearly £200 from my account AFTER I deleted my bank details and accidentally hovered over the credit screen to see what the credits were all about….its crap and its banking system does not even ask for your 3 digit security on reverse of card…..why are these companies allowed to operate! I am a single mum on a budget just looking for a genuine guy, but find I am out of pocket by alot of money and most of guys are cat fishing you….DO NOT USE!

Hi I joined you once then canceled my subscription and then found out that they still took money out of my bank account without my permission and that’s why I think this company is not what it seems to be. I’m not very happy. All I wanted to know is why they took my money even after I canceled my subscription with them.

My experience was average. Most of the men didn’t meet the criteria I selected. Also I experienced a person who lied about wanting to meet someone on this website. He refused to divulge any information about himself. I reported and blocked him.

This site was good and give me the options of talking to different guys with out going to clubs or bars witch is perfect to me because I don’t really like those places:)

I won’t bother with describing worthlessness of their so-called “services”, since that is more than adequately documented in the other reviews. What really pisses me off is that you can’t access your account to delete it until you pay for a membership. Nothing but a scam.

Before 24 hours after I join I wanted to cancel as I had purchase their tokens along with membership. I have emailed them 3 times and no response at all. They just ignore my request. If need be I do have copies of all correspondence. Even if there was a no-refund policy they should have at least notified of that.

Like other people on that site, I was charged for a new month even as I cancelled my subscription in time. They offered me partial refund (1/2 month), and then when I replied that I want my money in full,they stop answering! Total scam!!! I will have to go thru my CC customer service and dispute it. I was on Bumble for about 1 year and had literally thousands of men trying to match with me. Ive talked to hundreds and they will be in at least one or more of the following categories: Hookups, married, swingers, very verbally abusive, stalkers, obese, dirty, criminals, liars, catfishers, living with mommy, transgender, Male IG “models” only looking for followers and FUgly men.The others are the Weak beta men of the world who expect the woman to be the man. Bumble itself dictates 100% who you see and who sees you. The blocking feature Does not work and its a radical, liberal dumpster fire who forces you to pick a charity you Do Not believe in. I paid for the service and tried the free version briefly. They withhold fake likes and do NOTHING about abuse!! If you still want to try submit your credit card directly into the app then sign cancel your subscription asap. You will still get that week just wont be renewed. If you want a weak beta male then this is for you. But you will mostly encounter the trash previously mentioned. You’ve been warned. Hinge or even Ok Cupid is better than this foreign run app. I uninstalled for good! Im free from this giant waste of time and money!!!
